Job Description:

As a Recruiter II, this person will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and acquiring top talent for our organization. The Recruiter II will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber candidates to meet the company's strategic objectives. A large focus will be to manage the early career talent strategy, providing oversight to campus engagement and internship efforts. This person will work to continuously build the talent pipeline by effectively representing and promoting the organization as a top employer of choice.

Qualifications: This person should have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, an understanding of talent acquisition strategies and metrics, proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment processes. Proficiency in leveraging various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, networking events, and industry connections, is strongly preferred. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. The ability to exert influence and make data-driven decisions is key. Proficiency in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools is necessary. Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the year to locations within our footprint. Majority of this travel will be day trips.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Perform the full recruitment cycle of reviewing and screening applicants, selecting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and executing job offers. Facilitate the Predictive Index Survey to provide additional insight into candidates.

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor and business partner by actively establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with business leaders. Provide recommendations and talent insights using deep market knowledge and a strong network.

  • Manage and continuously evaluate the campus engagement strategy and the Vault Internship program for the organization. Build and maintain strong partnerships with select educational institutions. Lead campus engagement and career fair efforts at target schools, including oversight of all logistics.

  • Influence and advise hiring managers to make successful hiring decisions. Utilize data to aide in decision-making and evaluating the talent pipeline. Ensure a fair hiring process is executed.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, through constant and transparent communication. Execute exceptional responsiveness.

  • Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent. Partner with marketing on all advertisement needs and talent acquisition strategy, ensuring brand alignment.

  • Lead sourcing initiatives, quickly and creatively; including proactive sourcing to attract passive talent through various channels.

  • Manage the interview process. Ensure qualified candidates are thoroughly screened before presenting, ensure quick turnaround on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interviewers, and provide timely next steps to candidates.

  • Provide sound guidance to hiring managers in offers. Successfully navigate the offer process, including any potential negotiations. Maintain knowledge of benefits and effectively inform candidates.

  • Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, cost per hire, acceptance rate and other analysis as needed. Contribute suggestions to the Talent Acquisition Manager that are extracted from data for the betterment of the team.

  • Initiate and drive special projects to elevate the recruiting process.

  • Attend meetings, read literature, and keep informed of current regulations, practices, and trends in talent acquisition. Understand and apply knowledge of Employment and Human Resources laws.

  • Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.

  • Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training.

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $63,544 and $100,369. This range is a good faith estimate for the position. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may differ based on various factors, including the individuals relevant experience, training, skills, work location, and other considerations. For those in eligible roles, we offer incentive compensation based on individual performance. Furthermore, this role may qualify for a variety of benefits, such as Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts, 401(k)/ESOP, Paid Time Off, Flexible Work Arrangements, Paid Parental Leave and Student Loan Repayment Assistance.
