About the Role:

We are growing our recruiting team and hiring multiple Senior Recruiters, each dedicated to a specific focus area (Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance).

You will own full-cycle hiring for your function and partner closely with hiring managers to bring in great talent quickly and thoughtfully. This is a strong fit for a recruiter who loves running an efficient, high-quality process and wants to go deep in their area.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for your assigned focus area (for example, Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance), from senior individual contributor through director-level roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and run efficient processes
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Use AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to surface and engage talent faster
  • Support offer strategy and closing, including communicating the value of equity and RSUs to candidates
  • Run structured interview processes that ensure rigor, fairness, and speed
  • Manage candidate pipelines with strong momentum, clear communication, and an excellent candidate experience
  • Maintain clean data hygiene in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring accurate tracking, dispositioning, and reporting
  • Track funnel metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire) to improve your process
  • Build and nurture talent networks for current and future hiring needs


What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Focus in one of our areas: Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive talent
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing decisions with data
  • Process-oriented with high attention to detail and clean ATS documentation
  • Comfort with compensation conversations, including equity-based offers
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $120,000 - $145,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
