Job Description

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for engineering, information technology, and highly specialized technical positions. Serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring managers and business leaders by developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and identifying top technical talent. This role requires expertise in recruiting difficult-to-fill positions and supporting hiring initiatives within oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, industrial, and technology-focused environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance for engineering, technical, information technology positions and over all administrative positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized roles.
  • Source and engage passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering, technology, and other critical skill areas.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and recruiting priorities.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Provide hiring recommendations and market intelligence to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Coordinate interview processes and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Extend employment offers and support offer negotiations within established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment laws, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide status updates to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Mentor recruiters and share best practices related to sourcing and technical recruiting.
  • Support recruiting process improvements and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high level of customer service.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting a variety of business groups, functions, and changing hiring priorities.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting engineering, information technology, or other specialized technical professionals.
  • Experience recruiting within oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong passive candidate sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively partner with all levels of management and business leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience recruiting positions such as Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Controls Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Technical Advisors, Engineering Managers, and other specialized technical professionals.
  • Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
