Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Manage and coordinate production schedules and resources to meet output targets and delivery deadlines
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams, promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements
- Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to optimize workflow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee onboarding and training of new production team members
- Support the introduction of new products, upgrades, and manufacturing initiatives
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading and developing production or manufacturing teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused organization
Preferred Qualifications- 7+ years' experience in supervising manufacturing or production teams, especially in aerospace, defense, or tech-intensive environments
- Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP and production scheduling systems
- Experience in high-growth, scaling production operations
- Knowledge of export control requirements (e.g., ITAR/EAR)
