Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking experienced Records and Property Management Specialists to work in dynamic mission-oriented environment within Bethesda, Maryland.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate control, accountability, and compliance of organizational records and physical assets.
  • Managing records throughout their lifecycle in accordance with federal regulations, tracking and auditing government property, and ensuring proper documentation, storage, and disposition.
  • Working closely with internal teams to support operational needs, safeguard sensitive information, and uphold strict security and accountability standards in a highly regulated environment.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or Records Management.
  • Five (5) years of combined experience in records control, property tracking, compliance audits, and Freedom of Information Act support OR High School Diploma plus Eight (8) years of combined experience in records control, property tracking, compliance audits, and Freedom of Information Act support.
  • Experience in maintaining and managing program filesystems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of implementing and maintaining active records management systems.
  • Experience with supporting, documenting and updating standard operating procedures.
  • Experience with disposition of property and property records tracking.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Records Manager or equivalent
  • IC-specific records management experience.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $90,700.00 - USD $141,775.00 /Yr.
