What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Realty Project Coach leads the execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful completion. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees merchandise placement, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to align project plans with corporate strategies. The position requires monitoring budgets, resolving construction issues, and maintaining effective communication to drive results. By providing expert guidance and fostering accountability, the Realty Project Coach supports continuous improvement and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company standards and promoting a positive, productive work environment.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
  • Oversee merchandise placement, fixture installation, and ensure compliance with merchandising and safety standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational impact.
  • Direct associates and vendors on processes, providing guidance and resolving issues to meet facility and company goals.
  • Communicate project status and changes clearly to stakeholders, maintaining accountability and driving results.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
