What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Realty Project Coach leads the execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. This role directs associates and vendors, coordinates cross-functional teams, and oversees merchandise placement and fixture installation in alignment with company standards. The position requires monitoring budgets, resolving construction issues, and maintaining effective communication to minimize operational impact. By providing expert guidance and fostering accountability, the Realty Project Coach supports continuous improvement and drives project results that meet business objectives while upholding company policies and ethical standards.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and adherence to project plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project objectives and resolve issues.
  • Oversee merchandise placement, fixture installation, and ensure compliance with merchandising and safety standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor performance to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational impact.
  • Provide guidance and direction to associates and third-party supervisors, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
