What you'll do: - Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
- Oversee merchandise placement, fixture installation, and ensure compliance with merchandising and safety standards.
- Monitor project budgets, assess impacts, and develop efficient, cost-effective schedules.
- Direct associates and vendors on processes, providing guidance and resolving operational issues.
- Communicate project status and adjustments to stakeholders, maintaining accountability and driving results.
- Support continuous improvement by applying expertise and promoting adaptability within project teams.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience managing complex realty or project execution initiatives with accountability for scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating stakeholder communication.
- Ability to lead and direct associates and vendors, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to convey project plans, status updates, and adjustments effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
