What you'll do: - Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives while addressing obstacles.
- Coordinate with associates, vendors, and contractors to align schedules, resources, and installation activities.
- Oversee merchandise placement, equipment installation, and compliance with merchandising and safety standards.
- Monitor project budgets, assess impacts, and develop cost-effective, sustainable execution plans.
- Provide guidance and supervision to associates, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and support resolution of construction and operational issues.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in managing and executing complex realty projects with accountability for scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and facilitating stakeholder communication.
- Ability to lead and direct associates and vendors, ensuring adherence to processes, procedures, and safety standards.
- Expertise in collaborating with architects, engineers, and facility management to align project plans with corporate strategies.
- Proficient in monitoring budgets, assessing economic impacts, and creating efficient, cost-effective project schedules.
- Excellent communication skills to convey project status, obstacles, and adjustments to an audiences.
- Demonstrated adaptability, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
