Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for overseeing the execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration. This role directs associates and vendors to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and aligns project plans with corporate strategies. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets, and resolving construction and operational issues to support facility goals. The Realty Project Coach fosters accountability, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company standards while maintaining clear communication and promoting effective project outcomes.
What you'll do: - Own and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project plans and progress to key stakeholders, directing associates and vendors on processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with facility management and contractors to minimize operational impact and ensure milestone achievement.
- Oversee fixture procurement, merchandise placement, and installation to meet company standards and safety requirements.
- Monitor budgets, assess project impacts, and develop cost-effective, sustainable schedules.
- Lead and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in managing complex realty projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to scope.
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing associates, vendors, and cross-functional teams including engineers and architects.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey project plans and updates.
- Demonstrated accountability in monitoring budgets, schedules, and project milestones to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve construction and operational issues while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Adaptability to evolving project demands and commitment to continuous improvement and team development.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
