Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The (USA) Realty Project Coach is responsible for leading and managing realty execution projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. This role directs associates and vendors, oversees project plans, and monitors budgets while maintaining alignment with corporate strategies. The position requires effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to address challenges and optimize project execution. By fostering strong partnerships across cross-functional teams, the Realty Project Coach ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services, supporting company goals and operational excellence throughout all project phases.
What you'll do: - Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and adherence to project plans.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, including associates, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to address project obstacles and align with corporate strategies.
- Oversee merchandise placement, equipment installation, and ensure compliance with merchandising and safety guidelines.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational impact.
- Provide guidance and supervision to associates and third-party supervisors, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status, phasing plans, and adjustments clearly to all involved parties.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in managing complex realty execution projects with accountability for scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to communicate effectively with belonging teams and vendors to ensure alignment and timely completion of project milestones.
- Demonstrated adaptability in addressing project obstacles and implementing corrective actions to meet business goals.
- Leadership experience directing associates and third-party supervisors in project execution and resource planning.
- Proficiency in monitoring budgets, assessing economic impacts, and driving cost-effective project schedules.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
