Full Job Description
Associate Research Analytics Analyst, Real-World Evidence

Veradigm Life Sciences is looking for an Associate Analyst to join our team of healthcare analysts, data scientists, and researchers. This role supports retrospective and prospective studies using electronic health record (EHR) and administrative claims data on behalf of our Life Sciences clients. As part of the Real-World Evidence (RWE) team, you'll contribute directly to evidence generation across our Real World Data (RWD) assets from project kickoff through final report.

Responsibilities

Research & Analytics:
  • Support development of project kickoff decks and study protocols
  • Research and compile medical and drug code sets for EHR and claims-based studies
  • Draft final study deliverable (final reports, slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts)
  • Review and format descriptive statistical output tables to ensure client-readiness
  • Perform quality assurance on programming output


Project Management:
  • Track study progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Attend internal and client meetings; own meeting minutes and follow-ups
  • Support scheduling and cross-team coordination


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years healthcare/life sciences industry experience with a focus on outcomes research or RWE using administrative claims, EHR, or other healthcare data - OR a relevant graduate degree (e.g., MPH).
  • Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information from a body of literature.
  • Outstanding critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills; superior attention to detail
  • Time management skills for managing multiple individual and team tasks simultaneously while completing work within allocated time frames

Compensation Range:
$76,836-$106,803

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate's unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
