Full Job Description
Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking Real Property Analysts/Specialists (11 openings) to support USARC Analyst Support Services. Positions are distributed across Fort Bragg, NC; Mountain View, CA; Fort Jackson, SC; Fort McCoy, WI; JB McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ; Fort Shafter, HI; Dublin, CA; Devens, MA; and Fort Buchanan, PR, with final placement subject to Government mission requirements. This position executes Army Reserve real-property transactions and supports GFEBS/HQIIS data integrity, physical inventories, and audit readiness for the Government customer. The role requires a SECRET clearance and is a full-time, generally 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ET, Monday-Friday, onsite position with telework only as approved by the Government.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Required Qualifications
  • Current and active SECRET Security Clearance; interim SECRET acceptable pending final adjudication before full performance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in DoD real property.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in GFEBS Real Property roles and HQIIS.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Real Property, Real Estate, or Facilities Management is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience as a GFEBS Real Property Maintainer / Inventory Inspection Processor or in a comparable role.
  • Experience with GFEBS/HQIIS interface corrections, UMTs, IDOC failures, acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements.
  • Army/Army Reserve DPW, Readiness Division, installation, or accountable-organization experience.
  • Experience with physical inventory, audit readiness, supporting-document validation, and asset review.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail in maintaining accountable real-property records.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data-integrity issues across GFEBS and HQIIS.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to support recurring inventories and reporting.
  • Effective written communication for status reports and data-call responses.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including USARC, Readiness Divisions, and installations.
