THE TEAM:The Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role at Unison. We seek a real estate professional with an eye for detail who is experienced in multi-jurisdictional practice and will accelerate transactions to closing. Reporting to the Managing Director, Legal, the paralegal will work remotely full-time from their home office.
THE JOB:Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a pipeline of deals across the United States and updating closing checklists and trackers.
- Preparing documents and coordinating the execution of closing packages.
- Conducting due diligence, including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys.
- Assisting with retrieval of required documentation for real estate transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing legal descriptions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including at mid to large-sized law firm, is required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
- Fluent with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS and deed plotting software, and equipped to work remotely.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

$85,000 - $90,000 a year
