Full Job Description
Only apply if taking care of people at the highest level is a personal standard for you.
Selling a home is one of life's biggest transitions. Clients are trusting us with their family, their finances, and a deeply personal moment in their lives. You will own that relationship and become the calm, trusted person they turn to for answers, guidance, and reassurance.
Real estate does not always follow normal business hours. This role requires the maturity and commitment to step up when an important client situation happens at night or on a weekend. It is not uncontrolled 24/7 availability. It is a promise that when a family truly needs us, we do not leave them alone.
We are looking for someone who wants to become the best of the best and welcomes high standards, honest feedback, continued growth, and real accountability.
Potential annual compensation is $90,000-$130,000, based on experience, performance, and results.
Responsibilities
• Own the relationship with GT's home-selling clients from the beginning of the relationship through closing and beyond.
• Communicate proactively so clients always understand what is happening, what comes next, and who is handling it.
• Guide sellers through showing feedback, pricing decisions, price reductions, negotiations, and other important conversations.
• Handle emotional or difficult situations with patience, confidence, honesty, and genuine care.
• Keep CRM and all client records accurate, current, and clear for the entire team.
• Spot potential problems early, take ownership, and bring solutions instead of excuses.
• Coordinate with the GT team to deliver an experience that earns trust, lasting relationships, reviews, and referrals.
Qualifications
• Active New Jersey real estate license.
• At least three years of residential real estate experience and 15 closed transactions.
• Direct experience working with home sellers and handling important client conversations.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey residential real estate.
• Warm, calm, and clear communication, especially when a client is stressed or uncertain.
• Exceptional organization, judgment, emotional maturity, and follow-through without constant reminders.
• Must live in New Jersey and be willing to provide occasional evening or weekend support when an important client situation requires it.
