Responsibilities
• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a strong client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in real estate transactions.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market.
• Support the team in organizing and conducting property showings and open houses.
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of marketing strategies for listings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction details in our CRM system.

Qualifications
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new real estate technologies and tools.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Familiarity with the Dallas-Plano-Irving real estate market is a plus, but not required.
