Gain hands-on experience within the real-estate advisory industry

Performing in-depth market and financial research regarding real estate transactions, supply, demand, pricing, and investment parameters

Assist with valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private real estate entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelor's or master's degree in a Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related program

Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization

The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel

Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving

Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability

Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.to

Reside within a commutable distance of a Baker Tilly office and be willing to work on-site on a regular basis

Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future

Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

In El Segundo, CA: the pay rate range is $80,000-$109,960

In Pasadena, CA: the pay rate range is $80,000-$109,960

In Woodland Hills, CA: the pay rate range is $80,000-$109,960

In New York City, NY: the pay rate range is $87,000-$119,520
