Pay Range: $77,180.00 - $102,899.99

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with Heidelberg Materials' products and services
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, volume, and margin objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
