Serves as primary source of support for Baptist Health's Physician Practices Revenue Management team for development of training materials, user training, quality assurance and performance improvement. Previous program development, training and/or go-live support for billing, collections and support teams. Strong analytical, writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of employees and to present with target audience at levels. Excellent computer proficiency, with EPIC experience highly preferred. (MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to work independently, initiate influence and to lead assignments to completion within parameters provided. Prefers EPIC Experience/Certification, Knowledge of statistics, data collection and presentation. Ability to travel between sites and to provide training and support both in person and through remote venues. to perform job duties. Preferred: EPIC certifications and/or accreditations.
