District Manager - Radiology

Location: Southfield, MI
Job Type: Full-Time

As the Radiology District Manager, you will lead imaging operations across multiple EPIC locations, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical quality across all radiology services. This role is responsible for driving performance, supporting imaging teams, and ensuring imaging services operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with EPIC's mission.

What You'll Do

Radiology Operations Leadership
  • Oversee daily operations of radiology and diagnostic imaging services across multiple EPIC locations.
  • Ensure imaging services run efficiently while maintaining high standards for patient care and safety.
  • Monitor workflow, scheduling, and patient throughput to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Ensure imaging protocols and procedures are followed consistently across all sites.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop radiology technologists and imaging staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality imaging professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure staff maintain clinical competency and compliance.

Quality, Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (ACR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations).
  • Monitor imaging quality standards and equipment performance across all locations.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable diagnostic imaging.
  • Partner with leadership to maintain inspection readiness and documentation standards.

Operational Performance & Growth
  • Track key operational metrics including volume, turnaround times, and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve imaging workflows and patient experience.
  • Support the implementation of new imaging technologies, services, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and clinical teams to support integrated patient care.

Patient Experience
  • Ensure patients receive compassionate, efficient, and high-quality diagnostic services.
  • Address operational challenges that impact patient access, scheduling, or service quality.
  • Promote a patient-first culture within all imaging teams.

What You Bring
