Standard Job DescriptionThe F-35 Mission Data organization is in need of a Mission Systems engineer with an understanding of EW and RF principles to help deploy the Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) to our customers. The CRT will effectively provide our customers with a more efficient, robust approach to rapidly reprogram Mission Data Files (MDFs) for F-35 mission operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing capabilities that will be integrated into the CRT and working closely with Software Engineers to ensure implementation meets predefined acceptance criteria, managing the verification approach of these capabilities via lab and integration testing, and ensuring all risks or issues within their work execution are well understood across the team. The selected candidate will also be responsible training and growing junior engineers in design and implementation of CRT. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for export of design documentation related to CRT and CRT exportability. Key areas of responsibility are: MBSE Design & Implementation, Cross-Functional leadership, Integration & Test, Export Control, and Software Development.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in STEM or technical related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Mission Systems Design and Development experience (Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Comm/Nav/Ident (CNI), etc.)

-Hands on experience with Laboratory, Field, and Flight Test of Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) and Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) Systems
- Mission Data File Generation and the Mission Data Update Lifecycle
-Hands on experience with the operations of RF systems.
-Experience with Agile software development
-Experience with Foreign Military Exploitations (FME)
-Strong technical leadership

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00
