Compensation: $142,729 - $225,347

Overview:Responsible for leading the administrative and clinical operations of Radiation Oncology services. Ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Acts as a key liaison across physicians, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee daily operations of Radiation Oncology services
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff within the department
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-focused care
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership
- Manage departmental performance, workflow, and resource utilization
- Serve as a liaison between Radiation Oncology and other departments
Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, or Medical Physics program
- ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy) upon hire
- California Radiologic Technology Certification (Diagnostic & Therapeutic or Therapeutic) upon hire
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting
Preferred:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting
