Beyond clinical leadership, you'll drive the operational success of the department by leading recruitment, onboarding, staff development, competency programs, and annual performance evaluations while fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. You'll collaborate with the Director of Cancer Services to support strategic planning, budgeting, staffing models, and resource allocation, while overseeing departmental policies, radiation treatment supplies, vendor partnerships, and staff education. This role also plays a key part in advancing quality improvement initiatives, maintaining accreditation and regulatory readiness, and ensuring compliance with ACR, Massachusetts DPH, and Joint Commission standards. Through close collaboration with Radiation Oncology leaders across the Mass General Brigham system, you'll help implement best practices, support system-wide initiatives, and continuously enhance the quality, safety, and efficiency of patient care.

This position is ideal for a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about advancing cancer care, developing high-performing teams, and driving innovation in Radiation Oncology.
