Responsibilities

Job Title: Radiation Oncology

Location: Ephrata, PA

Employment Type: Full Time (1.0 FTE)

  • True physician autonomy as the sole provider in a Radiation Oncology department, with strong service-line support.
  • Predictable Monday-Friday schedule supporting excellent work-life balance.
  • Light, manageable, system call, week-long rotation (Monday-Monday), primarily phone-based
  • Collegial, team-based environment with co-located Medical Oncology and an embedded Palliative Care team focused on symptom management.
  • Mix of new patient consults, follow-ups, and on-treatment visits.
  • Clinical scope includes SBRT for lung cases and osteoarthritis, with advanced techniques available


Practice & Facility Highlights:
  • CT simulation on site with a new GE linear accelerator.
  • Full-time physics and dosimetry support, including experienced physicists and a full-time dosimetrist.
  • Comprehensive oncology support services, including: Highly experienced radiation therapy team, dedicated oncology-certified RN, social worker, dietician, and integrated palliative care resources.
