Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
• Completion of a residency in Radiation Oncology essential.
• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine is required upon hire.
• Training in radiation therapy and safety mandatory upon hire.
• Specialized training relevant to Radiation Oncology required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous care as the sole physician in the department with robust service support.
• Maintain a predictable Monday-Friday schedule for optimal work-life balance.
• Participate in a manageable on-call rotation primarily based on phone communication.
• Collaborate within a team-based environment alongside medical oncology and palliative care.
• Conduct new patient consultations, follow-ups, and on-treatment visits.
• Perform clinical procedures, including SBRT for lung cases and treatment for osteoarthritis.
