Nature and Scope

Responsible for performing quality radiographs, CT scans, and/or mammography as needed. Must be able to work independently, yet be a collaborative team member. Position requires standby and after hours/weekend/holiday callback. Responsible for other duties assigned, which may include, but not be limited to protocolling, scheduling, answering phones, and a resource for insurance related issues.

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.

Compensation

Compensation for Benefited, Full-Time Pay Scale
  • Base Rate: $45.74-$65.21 per hour (or $95,139.20-$135,645.75 annually)
  • Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay

Compensation for Non-Benefited, Full-Time Pay Scale
  • Base Rate: $52.59-$74.99 per hour (or $109,396.56-$155,973.34 annually)
  • Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay


Job Status / Shift Information

  • Full-Time
  • This position is needed to work weekends. Scheduling options are available to work two, three or four days per week to meet this need.
  • Standby hours are required.


Qualifications

Education:
  • AS degree in radiologic technology, with a current certificate of registry by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT).
  • Must hold and maintain a current BLS CPR Certification, California License in Radiology Technology (CRT)

Experience:
  • Newly graduated technologists will be trained in CT and/or Mammography.
  • Passing the CT and/or Mammography registry will be required within one year. Two years if doing both.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must have a good working knowledge of radiography


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for standby and after hours/weekend/holiday callback, with arrival to the hospital not longer than 30 minutes after initial callback communication.
  • Responsible for other duties assigned, which may include, but not be limited to protocolling, scheduling, answering phones, and a resource for insurance related issues.
