- Work with and learn from seasoned Product Engineers.
- Support design/manufacturing/testing processes by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Participate on cross-functional teams to help solve manufacturing and to complete testing.
ResponsibilitiesAt TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll:
- Support Engineering with data collection and analysis.
- Lead, or participate in, cross-functional projects to address and resolve testing/manufacturing issues, regarding the sustaining and continuous improvement of processes and methods to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
- Create/Improve testing/manufacturing process documentation.
You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university-or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $78,500 - $117,800/ Annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Our rotational program typically places an engineer in the Middletown, PA site for the first year and Winston Salem, NC for the second year. Throughout the 2-year program, rotational engineers will be provided with:

TimelineTE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May.
