What You'll Do:- Develop automated wiring harness processes from design to production
- Translate AutoCAD Electrical schematics into manufacturing-ready data
- Integrate electrical and mechanical designs (SolidWorks)
- Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support product launches, prototype builds, and production optimization
- Collaborate across R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical programs
- Experience with DFM/DFA and process improvement
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
