Across all roles, we're looking for people who are comfortable with ambiguity in the early stages of a build, who can establish process where none exists yet, and who want a genuine hand in shaping how this site operates long-term. What We're Looking For For leadership and senior roles, you'll bring significant experience running or building teams, functions, or sites in a research, biotech, pharma, or related scientific environment, along with credibility to operate as a trusted partner to Texas Biomed and other stakeholders. For program, engagement, finance, and operations roles, you'll bring proven experience in your discipline, ideally gained in a lab, life sciences, R&D, or regulated environment, with the flexibility to adapt established practice to a brand-new site. These role requires you to be based within commuting distance of San Antonio, Texas. On-site presence at the Texas Biomed facility will be required.
