Metal Decoration Development Chemist in our growing Metal Deco ink division, so we invite you to be a part of this exciting and growing team! As a R&D Chemist you will be responsible for:
- Developing Metal Deco inks and coatings
- Conducting various tests including analytical, formulation, small batch manufacturing, pigment dispersion, and print
- Providing technical information to customers to help in the design, qualification, and troubleshooting of product development
- Staying up-to-date with new market trends and new technological changes in the analytical and chemical industry

QualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to have:- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or an equivalent degree
- 2-5 years of experience formulating inks and coatings
- Knowledge in rheology, pigment dispersions, interfacial/colloidal science, polymer chemistry, and color science
- Excellent math and science, written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to travel both domestically and internationally
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- SAP knowledge
- MiniTab, statistical analysis experience
- Strong ability to interpret color
