What will you be doing? - Research, develop analytical methods, and assist in formulation of products for the wafer level and semiconductor packaging, IC substrate, and printed circuit board industries
- Identify, develop, and execute analytical research project activities as delegated to them by the Senior Research Manager
- Observe, analyze, and interpret the results from these activities and make recommendations for the direction and preferred route forward for analytical research projects
- Use data generated pro-actively for problem solving and/or value added activities on projects
- Write reports and presentations that clearly communicate technical findings to other researchers, and participating in departmental project meetings
- Knowledge and hand-on experience on state of the art analytical methodologies, which include but not limited to electrochemical techniques, CVS, UV-vis, FTIR, HPLC, IC, and GPC.
- Maintain a high level of professional expertise in the state of the art principles, theories and methodologies in technology areas of strategic importance to AIS
Who are You? - BS in Chemistry with 0-2 yrs of laboratory experience
- Strong background in Analytical Chemistry and/or Electrochemistry particularly preferred
- Hands-on experience with modern analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques, including chromatographic, spectroscopic, and electrochemical methodologies
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

The typical base salary range for this position is between $71,822.00 and $107,732.00
