What you'll do: Quantitative Methodologist in the Insights & Analytics EC will...

  • Serve as a quantitative research expert, leading the design of statistically rigorous studies including survey research, experimental designs, and advanced quantitative methodologies.
  • Apply advanced statistical and experimental design techniques to address complex business questions across healthcare and life sciences clients.
  • Partner with client service teams to shape quantitative research strategies, interpret results, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Provide methodological oversight and quality assurance for work executed by offshore teams, ensuring analytical rigor and clarity of final outputs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, bridging strategy, analytics, and execution across multiple engagements and CSTs.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts effectively to non-technical client stakeholders through clear storytelling and structured presentations.


What you'll bring:
  • Master's degree or higher in:Statistics, Data Science, Public Health (MPH), Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Analytics
  • Strong foundation in advanced statistics and experimental design.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience conducting quantitative market research, including survey design, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Expertise in at least one statistical programming platform, with strong preference for Excel,R ,Python
  • Experience applying quantitative methods within the healthcare or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
