Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
• Proven project management experience within the food manufacturing industry required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, or related field is considered an asset.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead project preparation activities, including analysis and definition of project phases.
• Manage project planning activities such as proposals, budget estimates, and contractor selection.
• Oversee execution of project work, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
• Compile and prepare project closeout documentation for effective handoff to internal clients.
• Evaluate and design equipment to improve production performance while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide operational support during the startup of new equipment and regular production activities.
