Job DescriptionYou will be the Quality Supervisor for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product compliance with specifications and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a blended workforce of hourly and salaried employees who inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising hourly and salaried employees performing product inspections.
- Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate staff.
- Assessing performance, assigning work, and managing salary and recognition.
- Administering disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college,
or equivalent experience/combined education.
At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance and must be able to obtain an interim secret clearance prior to start.
Desired skillsSupervision experience.
EEE component testing experience.
Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and/or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T).
Strong Microsoft, SAP, PLM experience.
Experience in failure analysis and corrective action.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
