Full Job Description
The Nascence group is seeking a Quality Manager who will lead and independently enforce the contract Quality Management System. The position reports directly to a senior Nascence corporate official and may not report directly to the Project Manager.

Duration: Fulltime

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce the contract Quality Management System and Quality Management Plan.
  • Direct quality-control personnel and verify compliance with technical requirements, service frequencies, schedules, deliverables, and performance standards.
  • Perform inspections, surveillance, audits, documentation reviews, deficiency tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action follow-up.
  • Maintain quality records and provide accurate reports to Nascence leadership and Government representatives.
  • Verify that personnel, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and completed services satisfy contract requirements.
  • Coordinate quality oversight for HEMP, photovoltaic/solar, water systems, UPS, lighting, filters, security doors, reverse-osmosis systems, and service orders.
  • Elevate unresolved quality issues directly to senior corporate leadership. The Quality Manager may also serve as the SSHO only if independently qualified.
Required Qualifications and Availability
  • At least three years of experience preparing and enforcing Quality Management System programs on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality-control personnel and independently verify technical service performance.
  • Must be centrally located on-site whenever work is performed during the Government's regular working hours.
  • Must be available on-site within two hours after the Government's regular working hours.
  • Must report directly to a senior corporate official and not directly to the Project Manager.
  • Must provide one to five qualifying project examples and complete Attachment L-2 for each proposed project.
Experience Requirement

The candidate must have at least three years of relevant management experience and must have participated in and managed work on one or more projects of similar size, scope, complexity, and magnitude to this facilities and lighting maintenance requirement.
