Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) with a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and executing test cases, test suites, and test plans using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong experience in Web Application Testing, Mobile Application Testing, Desktop Application Testing, and End-to-End System Testing.
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining UI automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Scrum, and QA best practices.
• Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, System, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Cross-Platform Testing.
• Experience validating connected device ecosystems, IoT devices, or hardware-software integration workflows.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and translate them into comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios.
• Experience in defect tracking, root cause analysis, test execution reporting, and release validation using Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of API testing concepts and experience validating RESTful services.
• Experience validating data synchronization workflows across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and connected device platforms.
• Knowledge of image, video, file upload/download, and data transfer validation in industrial or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of Playwright automated tests into release processes.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Global QA, Product Management, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple testing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and providing regular test status, risk assessments, and quality metrics.
• Preferred experience in Industrial Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), Borescope, or Connected Device product domains.
• Candidates should be flexible to attend a daily 1-hour Scrum meeting with Global QA and Product Teams and work in overlapping hours with global stakeholders as r equired by business needs.
Salary Range: $90,000 -$95,000 year
