Full Job Description
What you'll do

  • Own and maintain quality documentation, procedures, specifications, and records to ensure compliance, traceability, and data integrity within quality management systems.
  • Lead customer complaint investigations and internal quality issues by partnering with Engineering and Production teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and technical teams to resolve quality concerns, improve manufacturing performance, and support operational excellence.
  • Analyze quality and process data to identify trends, monitor key performance metrics, and drive data-based decisions that improve product quality and consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, regulatory compliance activities, and special projects while ensuring adherence to SHEQ requirements.


What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred), or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong experience with document control, quality records management, and maintaining accurate data within ERP, SAP, or quality management systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, maintain data integrity, and use data to drive sound business and quality decisions.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Core Tools, incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and customer complaint resolution.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, or similar problem-solving frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 and $95,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
