Full Job Description
Quality Engineer who is analytical, solutions-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement. In this role, you will ensure our PCBA products and manufacturing processes consistently meet the highest quality standards by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and strengthening our quality systems. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to drive root-cause analysis, improve process capability, and support inspection teams with technical guidance.

Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:

  • Perform X-RAY validations and assist in the decision-making process for acceptability of the product based on X-RAY results.
  • Develop Quality Attribute Plans by identifying critical criteria for inspection.
  • Perform internal supplemental audits to verify that facility records and processes (e.g., equipment, training files, etc.) are in conformance to applicable SOP and AS9100, ISO13485, and NADCAP standards.
  • Assists in the preparation and support of regulatory and customer audits, helping to ensure documentation, processes, and records are organized, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Assists in the development of statistical methods for control of processes.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on quality metrics to management, highlighting areas of success and improvement.
  • Interprets new and revised customer drawings for Mil Spec and other requirements as needed.

Qualifications of the Quality Engineer:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing monitoring and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
  • Understand Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Knowledge of military, aerospace, medical devices, CAPA, and continuous improvement is desired.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • - Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Field (Electrical preferred)
  • - 3-5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing or PCB industry or similar field. Preferably with at least 2+years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
