The Project Coordinator supports the Canadian assurance quality network and will play a central role in driving the execution and continuous improvement over quality monitoring and risk management initiatives across the assurance practice. This is more than just a coordination role - it is an opportunity to act as a program operator and catalyst, bringing structure, discipline, and forward momentum to the firm's most critical quality initiatives.

Your key responsibilities- Act as the central point of contact for the group to ensure that quality controls, initiatives and monitoring programs are executed efficiently and productively.
- Co-lead, coordinate and participate in team meetings with active follow up on action items by tracking progress against deadlines and regular follow up/contact with group members.
- Support the execution of firm-level quality controls and monitoring activities by preparing program summaries, executing key controls and co-ordinating control execution across the assurance practice, including tax, consulting and valuation service line members that support assurance quality.
- Proactively tracks and reports quality control and monitoring activities and related results
- Key facilitator of communication among team members and integrates information into a central knowledge repository.
- Provides various administrative support for new and ongoing quality and monitoring initiatives.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto/Calgary/Vancouver: $75,000 to $114,000
