Job Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements.
- Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing.
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation
- Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections.
- Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of commercial/federal construction experience
- 2 years as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects
- Ability to perform project closeout & submittals
- Active USACE CQM certification
- Utilize Bluebeam & USACE RMS
- Must be able to pass a government background check
Compensation Package:• Salary Range: 80k-120k + Per Diem (lodging, meals, expenses)
