This role will have a strong background in quality assurance for technology products, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of QA methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Essential Job Functions: • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of technology products. • Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. • Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure QA processes align with project goals. • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testing considerations. • Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing. • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications/ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent. • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance for technology products. • Proven experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. • Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and excellence. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. • Extensive experience working in Agile environments, including participation in Agile ceremonies and processes. #LI-AS1 #LI-Remote Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. The annual full time base salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
