Full Job Description
This role will have a strong background in quality assurance for technology products, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of QA methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Essential Job Functions: • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of technology products. • Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. • Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure QA processes align with project goals. • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testing considerations. • Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing. • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications/ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent. • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance for technology products. • Proven experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. • Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and excellence. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. • Extensive experience working in Agile environments, including participation in Agile ceremonies and processes. #LI-AS1 #LI-Remote Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. The annual full time base salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
