About your role:As a Quality Assurance Engineering Advisor I, you will help ensure software products meet defined quality, reliability, and performance standards. You will work with development, product, and engineering teams to design test strategies, identify defects, and improve quality assurance processes. Your work will support dependable software delivery and a consistent user experience for clients.
What you'll do:- Lead detailed quality assurance testing for complex software products across functional, regression, automation, and performance testing activities.
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned to product requirements and release objectives.
- Identify, document, report, and track software defects through resolution using established defect management processes.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and improve test coverage.
- Execute automation testing activities and maintain automated test scripts to support repeatable validation of software functionality.
- Support performance testing efforts by validating system behavior, documenting results, and escalating issues that impact reliability or scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute testing updates, quality risks, and release readiness input throughout the software development lifecycle.

Experience you'll need to have:- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing for software products or technology platforms.
- 6+ years of experience creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and defect documentation for complex software delivery initiatives.
- 6+ years of experience collaborating with development, product, and engineering teams to validate requirements and improve quality practices.
- 6+ years of experience using Agile methodologies to support software testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- 6+ years of experience communicating test results, defect trends, release risks, and quality recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience with automation testing tools, frameworks, or scripting approaches.
- 3+ years of experience with performance testing processes, tools, or analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and release pipeline practices.
- Familiarity with security testing practices and secure software delivery processes.
- Certification in software testing methodologies, such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification or an equivalent certification.
