What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to support application and business process validation
- Create and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases
- Monitor automated test pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve test reliability
- Expand automation coverage for high-risk and high-volume business processes
- Validate business rules and system workflows through automated testing
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and manage realistic test data that reflects real-world business scenarios and edge cases
- Report on quality metrics, trends, and automation effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria
- Participate in project planning, requirements reviews, and user acceptance testing readiness activities
- Communicate testing outcomes and potential risks clearly to project teams and leadership
- Maintain documentation for test cases, automation frameworks, and quality standards
- Support training efforts and knowledge sharing across teams
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, test automation, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, or comparable technologies
- Experience working with SQL and data validation techniques
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
