Full Job Description
Quality Assurance Engineer - NPI/OPS plays a key role in ensuring that new product introductions (NPI) and Operational activities and products comply with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements. This includes both manufactured and repaired field return products. Additionally, for avionics, the position ensures alignment with EASA, FAA, and EMAR regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities:
• QAE Operations (PQM, AQAP, FAI, PPAP, FMEA, Kaizen
• Support customer, regulatory audits and source inspections
• Lead Material Review Boards & Root Cause Analysis for non-conformities
• Create & maintain documented inspection criteria
• Perform Internal Audits and support internal procedures
• Maintain QMS (Create, update, structure QMS docs)
• Develop and execute Quality Trainings (ESD, FOD, Counterfeit, Quality Inspection, iTrack)
• QAE NPI (initially LRU-NPI)
• Incoming inspection, COC signature, Final inspection
• 5S knowledge
• ISO 9001/9100 knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electronics or Electromechanics with good knowledge of electronics with relevant experience
• Proven experience in product development, quality assurance, or certification environments
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 / EN/AS9100) is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
