Quality Assurance Engineer, Knowledge Informatics Location: Remote (CST Hours) -TX Duration: Full-Time SUMMARY: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the design and implementation of a robust software testing platform, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This individual will be instrumental in driving the evolution of our organization from a traditional clinical focus to a tech-driven approach. The role involves close collaboration with development and DevOps teams to implement best-in-class QA practices and maintain rigorous software standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
Experience: - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (integration, regression, end-to-end, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with both development and infrastructure teams.
- Familiarity with virtualized environments in both public and private cloud settings.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Skilled in documentation and diagram creation.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and working in Agile environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
