THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
3+ years of hands-on QA Engineering experience
Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and test documentation
Experience testing Salesforce environments, ideally across Customer 360 components such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce, or Field Service
Ability to test data flows, integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP services, and backend system validations
Experience writing and executing test plans, test cases, regression testing, smoke testing, and automated test scripts
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Exposure to test automation frameworks, with ACCELQ experience being a plus
Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and partner cross-functionally
