Position Summary:

The Quality Compliance Data Steward II is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the site's Data Integrity Program to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and business requirements. This role serves as a subject matter expert in data integrity, identifying compliance risks and gaps, developing corrective actions, and partnering with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, security, reliability, and governance of critical business data. The position establishes data standards, policies, procedures, metrics, and audit processes to support data quality and regulatory compliance while driving process improvements and risk reduction initiatives. Data Steward II applies advanced knowledge of data integrity principles, quality systems, and industry regulations to resolve complex issues, provide project support, and help ensure that data effectively supports operational and business objectives. The role may also provide guidance, training, and support to peers and stakeholders while fostering a culture of compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Site Data Integrity Program.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable data integrity quality and regulatory requirements and their interpretation.
  • Identifies data integrity compliance risks and gaps across the site, communicates those risks to Site
  • Management and develops and implements effective and efficient solutions to address those gaps.
  • Coordinates the site's quality, security and maintenance of data therefore ensuring compliant data can effectively support the business process.
  • Create data process mapping and risk reduction efforts for data owners and Quality representatives.
  • Defines data elements and establishes policies and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data, and performs tests and audits on data systems.
  • Ensures sufficient data quality is maintained so that the data can effective support the business process. -
  • Provides expertise of data, data management and data to moderately complex aspects of a project.
  • Creates methodologies and metrics for tracking performance to required Data Integrity expectations and objectives.

Salary Range: $97k - $104K

Schedule: onsite M-F 8am to 4:30pm

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
