Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 10 years of inspection or related experience.
• Proficient in test and measurement equipment and tools, and familiar with inspection techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interpret instructions clearly.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across various disciplines.
• Experience in avionics or hardware/software integration and knowledge of processing.
• Prior experience with NASA quality inspections is a distinct advantage.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and electronic subsystems during various processes.
• Document discrepancies related to facilities and hardware accurately.
• Witness hardware assembly and verify technician workmanship on-site.
• Conduct product verification at Mandatory Inspection Points and during tests.
• Adhere to safety procedures while maintaining flexibility in task assignments to support QA team operations.
• Maintain high performance standards in complex assignments independently.
