Active Illinois independent mental health professional license required (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LSW).
Current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR/AED certification needed.
Preferred minimum of two years' experience in direct care for individuals with mental illness.
Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive mental health care in a correctional setting.
Conduct intake and assessments for new patients.
Perform crisis intervention as needed.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
Manage cases and document patient progress effectively.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
Complete all duties assigned by leadership and in compliance with policies.

About the Job

Annual Salary for LCPC, LCSW, LMFT / $91,500.00

Annual Salary for LPC, LSW / $79,000.00

The QMHP provides comprehensive mental health care to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, case management, and providing individual and group therapy. Performs all duties as assigned by leadership and as directed by Centurion policy and procedure, as well as IDOC Directives, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications:
