Full Job Description
QC Manager to join a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company located in Miami, FL through on onsite, permanent position.

Responsibilities of the QC Managerinclude:
  • Lead and supervise QC laboratory operations, including oversight of technical staff, performance management, training, and continuous staff development.
  • Manage QC systems, procedures, analytical methods, SOPs, and testing schedules to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, 21 CFR Parts 210/211, and Part 11 regulations.
  • Oversee analytical testing activities for raw materials, in-process materials, bulk products, finished products, and stability programs, including data review and approval.
  • Direct laboratory quality initiatives such as method validations, method transfers, equipment qualification/calibration, investigations, deviations, OOS/OOT events, and CAPA implementation.
  • Support internal, client, and regulatory audits while collaborating cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and R&D to drive product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Perform administrative and laboratory responsibilities requiring prolonged computer and laboratory work, adherence to safety protocols/PPE requirements, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.


Qualifications for the QC Manager include:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Quality Control laboratory experience within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, FDA requirements, guidance documents, and data integrity standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to mentor staff and drive performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer skills, including proficiency with laboratory systems and standard office software.


Compensation for the QC Manager includes:
  • Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000/annually, plus bonus
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package
