Providence is seeking a full-time Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to diagnose and treat conditions related to the lungs and respiratory system, and manage patients with life-threatening conditions. Evaluate patients with respiratory symptoms, such as cough, shortness of breath, and wheezing, and conducting diagnostic tests like spirometry, chest X-rays, and CT scans. Develop treatment plans for conditions such as asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and pulmonary fibrosis, which may include medications, inhalers, and oxygen therapy. Provide ongoing care and management for patients with chronic lung diseases, including monitoring symptoms and adjusting treatment as needed.
Applicants must have:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or foreign degree equivalent.
- Active Washington State medical license.
- Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine.
- Completion of ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care
- Compensation is between $346,964 - $531,272 per year
